We will be able to cancel or change an order only if our shipping team hasn't packed your item. Please make sure to email us as soon as possible with your order details if you'd like to make changes to it.
If the product you purchased is damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package at firstname.lastname@example.org (Include your full name, phone number, order number, and an image of the damage) to receive a full refund or replacement.
